Conference Venue

Fokker Terminal The Hague

Meetings and exchanges between people, brands, products, ideas and experiences set people and businesses in motion. This is inspiring and pushes back frontiers.

The Fokker Terminal is the former school for aeronautical engineering that has recently undergone a spectacular metamorphosis and has been redeveloped into and event location with a characteristic industrial look.

The heart of the building is an impressive 9-meter high airplane hangar of 35 meters wide and 68 meters long. The roof is a steel construction with glass, which provides beautiful daylight. With a free floor surface of over 2000 m2 the hangar is the ideal location for an exhibition. Adjacent to this central hangar multiple lounges, of different sizes, are situated.

The Hague

The Hague is the international City of Peace and Justice. It is United Nations’ second city after New York. There are 160 international organisations employing over 14000 people. It is, furthermore, the host city for many international conferences.

With the most historic sites per square meter in the Netherlands, The Hague oozes culture and history. Visit The Hague monuments such as the Binnenhof, Noordeinde Palace, and the Peace Palace. Discover the largest painting in the Netherlands: Panorama Mesdag. Visit the most famous girl in The Hague; Vermeer's sensual "Girl with the Pearl Earring" alongside masterpieces by Rembrandt, Jan Steen and 800 other works, at the Mauritshuis.

The Hague's bustling downtown area has far more to offer than the landmarks Binnenhof, Noordeinde Palace, and Peace Palace. Boutiques, cafes, concert and dance venues, galleries, flagship stores, museums and restaurants offer something to everyone who loves culture, shopping and nightlife. It's no wonder that The Hague was recently named Holland's Best City 2013-2015!
