Annette van der Lee

Annette der Lee graduated from the Utrecht University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the Netherlands in 2004.

She worked in private small animal veterinary practices untill she could start with a Clinical Rotating Internship in September 2004 at the Department of Clinical Sciences of Companion Animals, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Utrecht University. This was followed by a Residency in Dermatology at the same Department.

In July 2009, she passed the board exam of the European College of Veterinary Dermatology (ECVD) and became an ECVD Diplomate. In October 2014 she gained the Doctorate degree with her thesis “T cells and immunomodulation in canine atopic dermatitis”.

From January 2010 she has been working in her own referral clinic ‘Dermatologie voor Dieren’ in different referral clinics within the Netherlands. Since May 2017 she is part of the Evidensia group, working at Veterinair Verwijscentrum De Pietersberg in Oosterbeek, lecturing and participating in clinical research programmes.
